Donald Behrens
President/Principal
Donald Behrens has over 40 years of experience as a registered environmental assessor with an extensive background in noise codes, field engineering, project development, and management in oil & gas drilling, fracing, and production noise measurement, analysis, control, and noise mitigation. Don provides operators and regulatory clients with technical guidance for urban gas and oil drilling and production projects throughout the United States.
As the Technical Noise Code Consultant for the initial City of Fort Worth Gas Drilling Task Force in 2005 and again for the ongoing 2008 Task Force, Don brings extensive problem resolution experience for primary urban noise code and control projects.
Mr. Behrens has extensive experience in developing and managing significant Oil & Gas Development and Public Works noise and vibration projects, including project specification development, project management, measurement, monitoring, and noise mitigation programs. He has proven expertise in working with clients and stakeholders optimally to define and institute site-specific programs for noise impact problem resolution and proficiency in dealing with government agencies, regulatory agencies, and the general public.
Mr. Behrens began Behrens & Associates Environmental Noise Control, Inc. in 1993 and has grown the company to serve various industries and niche projects in the commercial, industrial, construction, environmental, energy, and entertainment sectors. Environmental Noise Control, Inc now operates throughout the United States and Canada as the leader in noise mitigation solutions.
